From start to finish, Sailer Window Repair were efficient and professional. I called multiple companies to get a quote to fix my front window. They were the most responsive with the best price. The customer service went above and beyond! I needed the window fixed before we went out of town, they were able to schedule it for that Friday and called when earlier appointment became available. The technician, BJ was knowledgeable, friendly and worked very quickly. They helped me out of a very stressful situation with kindness and ease. I would absolutely use Sailer Window Repairs again and recommend to anyone needing their particular services!Posted on Google
Dawn DaughertySailer is responsive, prompt, professional and shows up! They did a great job on our 7 sliding glass doors to bring them back as much to original as possible with replacement parts and service! I would definitely use them again and refer to anyone!Posted on Google
Kathy McDowellI have been using Sailor Window Repair for many years for my personal home, and I have been referring them to all my real estate clients as well—for longer than I can remember! David and the staff are phenomenal at what they do; they are always reliable, efficient, pleasant, and professional. In my business, I sell many condos with older windows that most people think can't be repaired. However, Sailor can make an old window that won't stay up or can't be opened, or a slider that is next to impossible to move, work like new. This is truly an exceptional companyPosted on Google

I can’t recommend Sailer Window enough!Posted on Google

From the moment Warren walked in to our home we knew we had selected the right company for a glass repair. They ordered and installed the glass for our French doors in 2 weeks ahead of the estimate. Both Mark and Warren were absolutely perfect. Highly recommend this company!!!

Eric and Wade came out and fixed a window that wouldn’t lock - quickest repair ever! They were great. Very professional and cleaned up after themselves! Arthur Sailer responded to my request right away (even though their website said they were closed!), that meant a lot. And they came out and did the repair one day later! Highly recommend Arthur Sailer.

Very professional! We had a window broken in our home and I googled companies- chose AS based on reviews and was not disappointed. Promptly came to estimate and give installation time. They called ahead of time to confirm availability/appointment. When it came to install they called again to confirm time date and arrived on the button. Would definitely use again. Highly recommend.

After waiting 2 months for a competitor to get the parts to fix my windows and numerous excuses, I called David. He was out the next day to inspect and had a crew (including his Dad) 2 days later. What responsiveness and commitment to get the job done. They fixed my windows and re-screened 4 windows. They have my business for life and have become my referral contractor.

Called for an estimate. Sent pictures of window repairs needed. Was able to give me an estimate over the phone. Called on a Friday, was able to come out on Monday morning. Was true to his word with estimate, called before arriving, showed up when he said he would. Fast repairs on five windows, I don't know if it even took an hour. We are so happy with the service received ! Will use again for sure !

I had called over 7 companies to repair a broken window with no luck. I left a message with this company. David the owner returned my call promptly. He was empathetic to the urgency of getting the window replaced. His employee Warren came out and did an awesome job. The job was completed in a timely manner, no mess was left behind and the window looks great. I highly recommend this company for a job well done!
Thank you again

I needed a broken window repaired ASAP, and while other places were quoting me 2-3 weeks to just get the new piece of glass in, David worked with his supplier and was able to get me a new piece of glass the next day! I couldn't be more grateful for them working around my schedule and making things happen so fast.

Professional and helpful. Submitted my request online and that evening I had a response and call back the following day. Service techs were very nice and kept me informed of their arrival. My window issue ended up being user error but techs showed me how to prevent it from happening again. Thanks!

I originally dealt with Arthur years ago, then Andy and now David and now the employee Mark. I am still very happy with this company after all these many years. I just had them do window and screen work at my daughter's home and Mark did a fantastic job. The people that answer their phones are very courteous and they do get back to you and alert you to their visit times and any info that you need. Just a tip to you David, you better keep Mark with your company as my daughter and I think he is an excellent worker and if keeping him around means a raise then give him one, as knowledgeable, courteous and get the job done workers like Mark are hard to find. Thank you all at Arthur Sailer Window and Screen Repair, you are appreciated.

Our window installation company unfortunately went out of business. A neighbor spoke very well about David and the Arthur Sailer Window Company. We called them to ask about an issue that became apparent. They responded by having Warren stop by to access the problem immediately. I had a solution, an estimate, and the job was done in less than a week. Warren and Noah were on-time, prepared and professional as they completed the work. Our lesson is, choose a window installation company carefully, and even then it it may not work as planned. The second lesson is find a Quality service professional like Arthur Sailer Window Company. We have thanked our friends for their recommendation and we recommend them to anyone needing window service. Their 5 star rating is well deserved.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!! I was trying to clean the window this morning and I broke it. It was the front window of my condo and I was unable to secure the window and was in a total panic. I googled window repair and began calling to see if someone would be able to come out to repair it today (Saturday) because it was completely open and unsecured. ARTHUR SAILER - OWNER DAVID VIETTO - is my hero. He not only answered the phone and assured me that everything would be fine - he came out immediately and secured window and home. I am totally speechless and am so grateful for what he did today. If you need window repair or are in need of new windows - I HIGHLY recommend ARTHUR SAILER WINDOW REPAIR & REPLACEMENT. David was amazing, he was fast, efficient and provided incredible customer service. Thank you David from the bottom of my heart. I was blown away by your willingness to help. Thank you for your professionalism, efficiency and your willingness to help me.
